For a while now I have been trying to find a balance between my love of Lindt chocolate and all things green. Avocado toast with hot sauce (thank you California) has become a firm favourite.
Something else I have really been trying to include in my daily routine is a simple green juice. Celery. Cucumber. Lemon. Ginger. Four simple ingredients that, I’m not going to lie, are an acquired taste. But make such a difference. A glass a day makes me feel lighter and brighter.
And finally green tea, nothing makes me happier than curling up in my favourite comfies with a huge mug of green tea (preferably my blue floral Ikea number), Netflix and well, a little chocolate won’t hurt…Right?!
